Properly preparing a home for Photoshoot day can be stressful and takes much planning and effort. Proper planning for the photoshoot cannot take place hours or even days ahead of time. In most cases, preparation should start no later than weeks ahead of time.  To take some of the stress off your shoulders, use this downloadable checklist to get your home or listing ready to go.  It will make or break the photoshoot scheduled time. Not following the downloadable list below could result in rescheduling the photoshoot and an added expense.
